The C.R.E.A.T.E program provides attitudinal change in education and training for disadvantaged, isolated or dysfunctional communities. It creates employment that rehabilitates, and develops Self-esteem, supports family and community life and nurtures human potential.
The C.R.E.A.T.E Program assesses skill level of clients and through creative and innovative networking trains individuals to produce Bumblebee Factory Products creating employment in a balanced environment that is supportive, healing and educational.
Recycling is a large component of product development although not exclusive. Bumblebee Factory in this instance networks with charitable agencies and recycling organizations.
Creative produce is manufactured. We network with the already established rehabilitation farms for troubled youth, and organic farms with in the region.
Creative programs are not just for the young.
Bumblebee Factory has initiated project development that also includes working with the aged. It has piloted all programs and found in its research that they have been very valuable in assisting the quality of life, while decreasing the instances of depression this can be translated in to any community in the world
Profits help medical supplies go into Africa with Non Government Organisations.
Bumblebee Factory networks with charitable organizations to create its products with in the cottage industry-many people creating to assist the lives of others and to give value to their own.
Bumblebee Factory design networks with community houses, disadvantaged women on a multicultural level- including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and any organization that wishes to participate in this arm of the cottage industry.
