Each workshop has its own design space for overseas community workshops, and in house teaching workshops from visiting and in house masters. Seasonal festivals, provide inspiration and participation for schools and the general public.
The design studios operate with a common ethic for excellence, they are staffed by committed and talented artisans who wish to continue the sharing of knowledge with students, graduates, and an apprentice offering service in partnership with existing schools and universities.
We nurture minds. We provide a standard of integrity- as we model and teach with a potential to improve, to master, to inquire and stretch boundaries in what we do and enhance who we are becoming.
The complex supports the ongoing formation and preservation of excellence in making available community space for masters to work as mentors for up and coming talented and or gifted students. It incorporates a strong recycling theme

- Leatherworks - hats, belts, fine desk accessories
- Recycling furniture, refinishing, repainting and decorating designs for Bumblebee Factory - loony stuff for the young at heart and children's products.

Outside, the garden setting features, herb-gardens, vegetable gardens- we incorporate a bakery, state of the art café - indoor outdoor affair, -water features, all senses being captivated, a warm fragrant wooded café -bar that showcases and sells the best of Australian produce and wines -with view and access to a multi-purpose space that welcomes live -participation theatre, seminars, workshops, and inspirational events.

The showcase is interactive - in keeping with the historic surroundings- with the vision to preserve the beauty of the past and to embrace the modern in technology, the show case will feature 3D scenery and sculptures that are constructed using the latest technology. Film productions and holograms on display provide a visual feast for visitors - we enhance product and produce and give life to the area and the community that have created it. This honors everything we do and the people who have created the products within.
Bumblebee has its own film studios, graphics and production team, situated within the building . The team produce advertisements and create educational and inspirational videos that will be used in assisting the modeling and translation of design to workers both with in the industry in Australia and in developing countries. The team also provides an on-going service to educational bodies - they write for and create inspirational film and provide service to the wider community.
This show case then links with a state of the art, creative department store a modern facility that aligns itself with the very best that technology can deliver.
