Bumblebee design and education centers are continuous learning centers, sharing ideas is integral to the Bumblebee vitality. They are places of industry and artistry, a space of inspiration for both workers, students, and the wider public.
The Bumblebee design and education centers are situated in Melbourne and Gippsland..
These Centers will house many artisans, both Australian and those who come from other countries to participate in the sharing of knowledge. They will serve multiple purposes with the cottage industry itself and create many forms of employment from the initial development through to the ongoing creative inspiration that they will offer. It is envisaged that these centers will become a resource for local schools, particularly the disadvantaged. Partnership programs in apprenticeship as well as the development of quality educational projects that can be in co-operated into the school curriculum, offered on campus and else where - that will inspire, motivate and nurture human potential. A large component of manufacturing will be in recycling and this will be included in the programs delivered to schools. |
